Stephen posted recently about 7″ keyboards, and how bad they are for typing. I often come across this problem on my Huawei android mobile (an Ideos, in case you were wondering), in portrait the keys are considerably smaller than the touch part of my finger pads. It’s a guessing game if the press will register properly, to which we can add the annoying issue of capacitive ‘home’ and return buttons.
The only enjoyable touch typing experience I’ve had is on the iPad 2, which is so good I almost forget how much I dislike typing on an iPhone.
